I was born and raised in Southside Jamaica, Queens — a place where resilience and grit were non-negotiable. That mindset shaped everything I’ve done since, both on and off the court.

At Queens High School of Teaching, I became the all-time leading scorer and competed in NYC’s top showcases: the Mayor’s Cup and Wheelchair Classic. That led to my college career at SUNY Potsdam, where I battled through a major knee injury in 2018. Tearing my ACL, MCL, and PCL was a turning point — recovery sparked my passion for strength training, rehab, and human performance.

I came back stronger and helped lead my team to the SUNYAC Championship. I finished my career ranked top five in steals, assists, and threes, and became the 19th player in school history to score 1,000+ points.

After college, I coached at SUNY Potsdam as Assistant Coach and Director of Skill Development, while also leading the program’s strength and conditioning. I worked with All-Conference players and developed year-round performance plans. I also served as an admissions counselor, supporting student-athletes on and off the court.

In 2022, I moved to the UK to play professionally in NBL Division I with Thames Valley Cavaliers, and later with the Newcastle Knights. I also coached the Brunel University women’s team to a BUCS Southeastern Championship and ran private and group training across London.

That journey is what built Dlowcamp.

Dlowcamp is more than training — it’s a mindset. A space built for athletes who are serious about development, recovery, and pushing through. I’ve lived the ups and downs, and everything I’ve built is designed to help others do the same — and go further.
