Our individual sessions are one hour of fully personalised training built around your game. We fine tune your fundamentals with a dynamic warm up, ball handling, finishing, shooting, and conditioning work. Equipment and live defenders will be used at times to create real game situations. These sessions are designed to sharpen your skills faster and focus on exactly what you need.

Group Skill Work Session

Our group sessions bring the same structure and high-level fundamentals but add competition, pace, and energy. After the dynamic warm up, players work through ball handling, finishing, shooting, and conditioning drills together, followed by competitive games and challenges. Groups range from 6 to 10 athletes, creating a fast, fun, and motivating environment.

Strength & Conditioning Session

Our strength and conditioning sessions are held indoors and built for athletes aged 14 and above. Whether you are rehabbing an injury, fixing muscle imbalances, building overall strength, or just starting your S and C journey, the focus is on improving how your body moves and performs. Every session is tailored to your level and your goals, using a mix of science-based strength work, mobility, conditioning, and athlete-specific exercises.
